Farmacia Alcolica - Palermo

Definitely a very unique place. Tiny, messy, but in a positive way. It has its own charm and character. The menus are on the table inside (empty) boxes of real medications. The cocktails have got names of real medications (in Italy), really really original, great concept, very unique. The crisps served were pretty stale unfortunately and the olives not that great, but the cocktails were really good and the service also. Recommended. Food: 4

Hands down: probably one of the best cocktail bars I have been to. Especially if you can sit at the few tables outside (the interior is nice as well, though). The service is great. But the drinks are incredibly good. My favorites: Aspirina (April Smirnoff), Bentelan (Gin), Oki (Gin) and the very creative but amazing Negroni. Would go here any time. Price per person: €30–40

Cozy and picturesque bar that came across during our time off at Palermo. Its unique name Alcoholic Pharmacy intrigues people. We had some drinks and snaks, we loved set up and things displayed everywhere. The good thing we enjoyed time there despite of not having reservation as it was early and few tables available. Definetly we will return on next trip to sicily. Price per person: €10–20
