I was walking around Palermo looking for a welcoming place to have dinner. By chance I found Opale, I saw smiling staff and people sitting at the tables apparently satisfied. We decide to sit down and well, it was really satisfying! One of the best pizzas I ate in my travels around Italy and beyond: the pasta was divine, the fish was very fresh. Try it and you will be amazed! Generous portions, very high quality and welcoming and helpful staff. Food: 5

We discovered this little place by chance and it was a pleasant discovery! We were staying in a B&B nearby and decided to stop and get a pizza. The owner is very kind and friendly, but the pizza is spectacular!! Neapolitan pizza (contemporary), top quality ingredients, light dough, digestible and cooked just right! Highly recommended!
