The staff has a unique kindness, they bake bread very frequently so it 's really difficult not to find it hot, they offer a nice variety of pastries and different qualities of coffee. Upon request they make brioches without lard and more. they have the typical variety of wholemeal bread, slightly reduced to avoid waste given the low demand (typical of all of Italy and I haven 't seen 'special ' breads with seeds (walnuts, pine nuts, cereals etc. but usually it 's because they go like hot cakes
