Absolutely beautiful restaurant and the best crabcakes I've had since visiting the Gulf Coast of Mississippi 8 years ago. Served with mashed potatoes that were not over seasoned with salt and garlic, and asparagus that was perfectly grilled. EXPENSIVE-and worth every penny!
The crabcakes were delicious. The chocolate tower cake was moist and really good. Our waitress, Laura was very nice. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely would go back.
Inside the historic Redlands Hotel, a cool place built in 1914 all restored with a few modern amenities like air conditioning added. The restaurant turned out to be a very nice 5 star experience. The fantastically prepared American cuisine, great atmosphere and service top notch all the way. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny!
Really wanted to love this place and drove 2 hours to try out the bar and restaurant based on their website’s menus. However, we were sadly disappointed when we got there to find out the website menus are not correct, and no longer had their bar menu with shareable plates at all (which really had some great looking items on it! . Bartender said there hasn’t been a bar menu for a while so wondered why it hadn’t been adjusted on the website. Ended up having a cheese plate and it is fine, opted for somewhere else for supper.
