Have been eating at this place for around ten years now whenever I am travelling on this road. Best vada pav on NH 48. Sabudana khichadi and all items are good. But don’t take people for granted. Give good service. Very bad way of serving vada pav. They serve only dry tikka chutney and that also not in pav. Why? Give us proper vada pav as u used to give us. I expect that when we buy 15 vada pav , they should be given with proper chutney and vada inside the pav , not separately . And by the way that style of opening taps in the bathroom with legs is perfect .

The best part I liked is they start cooking your dish only after you hand over the pre paid coupon to the counter because you can see your food freshly cooked in front of you. All the dishes are good but my favourites are MISAL PAV, KOTHIMBIR WADI, DOSA, GARLIC BREAD, MUTTER PATICE, SABUDANA WADA, DAL KHICHADI, and many more. Kokam sharbat and lemon juice are also nicely prepared.

Found a hard metal wire in the Bhel which I had today here at Palghar at 5.50pm the wire was hard and was enough to tear your food pipe and you may have required to go under surgery for sure if you swallowed it, Managment took it casually and replied to take precautions and they know it that it is from cleaning brush which they used, I spoke to them on mobile no 98503 89640 given on Facebook and shown the wire to local staff manager Ramkishan and shown the wire to Milind Shubhash, it is serious matter as if it is swallowed and you have to under surgery. After I shown wire to staff they refused to give me back and told that it is thrown.

Terribly disappointing visit. Unacceptable staff attitude, dropping hygiene standards (staff coughing into the food while serving). Taking customers for granted.

Had heard great things about them, however my experience was not that good. Very expensive like bread butter slice for Rs 40, didn't quite like vada pav. also tried kothimber vadi not that good (mumbai-pune express way food joint has awesome kothimber vadi)Also may of the things were not fresh, kesar lassi was not good and felt like was previous day left over
