Kadal - Pālghāt

We ordered dum biryani, fish curry, squid fry, and mutton fry. The fish curry and mutton roast were delicious. The dum biryani was okay, not as tasty as the squid fry which could have been improved.

We stopped at this restaurant on the way from Silent Valley to Parambikulam Tiger Reserve. Honestly, I was only expecting a basic dinner. To my surprise, the food was great, especially the seafood. We even purchased some pickles that were being sold at the counter and really enjoyed them. We plan to order more of them in the future. The prices were very affordable considering the quality of the food. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem.

The restaurant located above the Volkswagen dealer in Palakkad is excellent. The highlight here is the variety of fish dishes. The fish curry and fish fry were delicious, although the portion sizes were a bit small. The fish and prawn roasts were outstanding. Overall, it's a great dining option in Palakkad.

As vegetarian, I rarely find non-Veg hotels satisfied. kadal is a kind of like my friends kadal offers a lot of non-Veg menu items n they liked it very well and for me Veg menu is excellent. the taste, the quality, the elegance, the service, the ambiente was very consistent. manasum nirayum,vayarum nirayum.

Biriyani is excellent and they always give large quantity... Tasty and neat food... Good ambience.... Just love to be there... !!!
