Kono Chicken - Palisades Park

The quality of the meat and service was very disappointing! Over half of the meat was fat, and when I pointed this out, the staff reacted unfavorably.

The meat was mediocre, and the service was terrible. The middle-aged short Asian man with white hair was not pleasant to deal with, and his gloves were filthy. I will never return to this restaurant!

The jokbal at this restaurant is excellent! My family and I have really enjoyed it, and we used to visit often. I took off one star because the owner can be a bit rude at times. When I'm with my mom or dad, he is very friendly and kind, but when I'm alone (even if I speak to him in Korean), he often acts as if he doesn't understand me at all. The portion sizes are fantastic as well! You definitely get your money's worth.

If you're a fan of jokbal (Korean-style pig feet), I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portions are generous for the cost. While the staff may not be the friendliest, it's primarily a takeout spot, so that’s not really an issue. Overall, I rate the food a strong 5 out of 5!
