It's okay but not impressive. I will not come back. We ordered the marinated raw combo (crab, shrimps, abalones) and abalone porridge. The ad picture on the window showed 8 side dishes coming with marinated combo, but we only received TWO sides. This was the minimum amount of side dishes I have ever had among the States' Korean restaurants I've visited. Btw, we spent over $100 for 2pp.. it's expensive.
Ordered the soy sauce marinated platter with crab, shrimp and abalone, with some rice on the side. Love the flavor! I love the crab and shrimp, and I personally not a fan of abalone
The food and service didn’t really meet the expectation we got from all the great reviews here while we we’re very excited to try their unique menu. Raw crab is okay but all the leg parts weren’t cracked to and owner says just throw them away. No small fork or tools to crack the the small parts. Duck soup wasn’t as impressive at all as their price. They also serve duck soup -hot before raw crab -cold, of course. The duck soup got cold after finishing the crab, which also wasn’t easy eat.
I highly recommend preordering 1.5 hours in advance before dining at this restaurant! We were not aware of this, but the server kindly informed us of dishes that could be prepared quickly (within 30 minutes) such as the marinated crab with soy sauce and rice. The combination of crab meat, rice, and soy sauce was absolutely delicious and unforgettable! Additionally, they offer excellent soups, especially the chicken soup, but make sure to preorder in advance. Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations and I will definitely be returning in the future.
