Dunkin' - Palm City

Not often do I get service like I did today. Sarah the manager had my coffee made in less than one minute, no bs. Have NEVER had an experience like today. Shout out Sarah and the crew today on feb 7 2023 at 730am?

Get your coffee before heading toward the Turnpike and 714 in Palm City. Do not stop at the Dunkin attached to Mobil gas station. I get Dunkin coffee several times a month. This stuff is not Dunkin quality. I got the Signature Peppermint Mocha Latta. Well let's just say what I got was far from it. The coffee was so burnt it was undrinkable. Very little peppermint mocha flavor. I had one yesterday at the one in Stuart, Fl on the corner of US 1 and Kanner Hwy. It was fantastic. But this one, my stomach is nauseous from it. I witnessed several people bring orders back. All I kept hearing them repeat that the were ahead of time and they could win a pizza party. They need to focus on the product they are putting out. I know many people are usually in a hurry in the morning, I was not. They have lost quality in the product they are putting out. So if wanting engine cleaning coffee that will rot your gut. Then go to this Dunkin.

Horrible customer service!!! My coffee wasn't given to me the exact way I ordered it. I had to get to my destination, and go back to Dunkin Donuts. I explained what happened, and she rolled her eyes at me, didn't apologize, and handed me the coffee as if I was in the wrong. They need to hire people with customer service, or retrain the ones they have.

This dunkin is managed so badly all the time. Food never ready. They say they open at 5am. More like whenever they feel like it. This location is garbage and I will never come back!!

Road tripping north and I needed a bathroom/beverage pit stop. This place is located on the connector road passing from I95 and the Turnpike ramps. It is next to the gas station, but they share the same parking area. The bathrooms are part of the gas station but there is a connecting door to pass inside from gas station to Dunkin. My early morning stop here was very nice. The service was very friendly from the young ladies behind the counter. The menu board was brightly lit and had a variety of items with pictures to help make food and beverage decisions. The sugary confection area was also well stocked. Ordering and paying through the app worked well, and since I was the only patron inside at the time, my order was prepared quickly and served hot. I was very happy they had decaf mint tea, and the breakfast snack wrap was quite delicious. The tortilla was soft and the cheese melted nicely inside. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return on my next road trip.
