Dining at this restaurant is always a pleasure. The staff is remarkably friendly and attentive, but what really distinguishes this place is the chef and owner. When he discovered that we were vegan, he immediately came over to talk to us, asking about our preferred ingredients and types of pasta. He then created a customized dish for each of us! Both meals were unique and perfectly tailored to our tastes. The quality of the ingredients was impressive as well. After our meal, he came back to check on us and we ended up having a conversation for about 20 minutes. He is genuinely kind and has a deep passion for his craft. It’s evident that he loves what he does and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is satisfied. He even invited us to give him a heads-up before our next visit, promising to prepare some vegan options for special dining nights. Whether you’re vegan or not, you can expect outstanding service at Giabella! I can confidently say it’s the best Italian restaurant in the area.
