Papa John's Pizza - Palm Coast

The food was excellent, delivered hot and fresh, and cooked exactly how I wanted it. The delivery person was very friendly and didn't mind me checking my order before he left.

I really enjoy Papa John's pizza, and this location represents the brand well. However, I've encountered an issue with the lack of cell service here. If you don’t place your order from home, you won't receive your loyalty points unless you contact corporate directly.

The guy who answers the phone and takes orders isn?t helpful or very nice at all. His attitude makes me wonder why he is allowed to do this job. I love Papa Johns but after the 3rd time now, I?m done! Bye till he?s fired!!

I ordered two pizzas, both of which arrived cold, and the chicken poppers were a complete mush. When I called the store to speak with a manager for assistance with my order, I encountered a very rude employee who hung up on me while I was still talking. They did mention that they would refund my order, which is why I'm giving one star. I won’t be returning again.

We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza tonight, there was no peperoni in the crust. Is was so greasy when you attmpted to pick it up the crust came up but the rest of the pie just laid in the box. There was a puddle of grease in the bottom of thebox!!!!!! Will not order another Papa Johns from any where.
