The Palm Cove Surf Club

I took my family to Palm Cove with intentions of having dinner at the surf club. Never in my life have I met such rude staff. I was reading a menu and the waitress just ripped it out from infront of me and took it to another customer. We waited nearly 10 minutes for drink service. Absolutely appalling. We walked away and ate elsewhere. Myself along with the 8 other family members who were with me will never go back.

We expected this to be pretty typical for a surf club and it was. Quick service, clean and kid friendly just don't expect a gourmet meal. Was good for catching an early dinner outside after a long day of traveling with young kids.

A very friendly club which easily accommodated our drink and food wishes. We enjoyed two pizzas which were well presented and enjoyable.

What a good choice we made! Service was efficient and friendly. The tuna special was delicious and good value. We friends had not met for some time, and the Surf Club proved to be the perfect venue. It deserves its accolades.

Well, it's a club, and that's what you get. The food is fine, as are the prices, but it's a "club" atmosphere! If you're not happy with that, there are lots of other options in Palm Cove!
