First Class Catering Service

We hired First Class Catering and Chef Michael for our destination wedding in the desert several weeks ago, and he and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the food was great! We took a gamble with not being able to try the food first, like for a normal wedding, but it paid off. We got lots of great feedback from our guests. Our only regret is not ordering more crab cakes and bacon-wrapped shrimp. Those went so fast! Thank you, Chef Michael for a great event!

Michael, Mariah, and the rest of the team at First Class Catering are amazing. Their communication is quick and they are very responsive and open to questions, changes, and ideas. Our event ran incredibly smoothly, the food was amazing, and the entire team was kind, respectful, prompt, courteous, and professional. Thank you to everyone on the team!! I really could not have asked for a more perfect day. I would recommend Michael and his team to anyone planning an event!

We would give 10 stars if that was an option!!! We hired First Class Catering for our wedding and an after party the next day. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond at every turn. Our guests loved the food and so many comments about the attentiveness of the staff. Can’t to plan our next party with First Class.

WHAT A SUCCESS!!!! I was extremely pleased with First Class Catering. They are truly FIRST CLASS!! They arrived on time and set up a beautiful buffet line that fit our space and needs perfectly. Cameron was so helpful in adjusting the menu and pricing to fit our price range and food requests. The food was AMAZING. Everyone raved about it. There was also plenty of food based on our estimated guests.Gilbert was our bartender for the night. He also showed up on time and was very prepared. He was great to work with. He handled our guest perfectly. Everyone appreciated his ability to keep everyone happy. I think he had a lot of fun too.I would definitely use First Class again and recommend them to anyone who needs great food, great service, friendly management and staff, and a great price!!Thank you, Cameron, staff and Gilbert for a great experience using First Class Catering.

I recently worked with First Class Catering Service for a family gathering. They were an absolute pleasure to work with through every step of the process.
