My wife and I drive over an hour once a month to come eat at Josh?s location in Palm Desert. Josh and his team make us feel so welcomedevery time we come out from Temecula. In addition, I can?t explain how delicious our meal is EVERY SINGLE time we come. Thankyou Josh for your hospitality, professionalism, Dedication and Love to your clients and staff. Lastly, you need to be a regionalleader with your talent. Sincerely, Branden Emilee Samaniego
Had dinner here yesterday night with 3 of my girlfriends. It?s our 1st time 1st day in Palm Desert. We had a long travelling day and looked forward to a good meal. The restaurant had good reviews looks high end but did not deliver to our expectations. My friend?s salad had a short hair stuck in between her iceberg lettuce but the server had to get his boss to come check beforeoffering a new salad. It felt like they didn?t believe us. My other girlfriend order medium well pork chops but it came mediumrare like a steak. She had to send it back to recook since it?s not safe to eat raw pork. She did enjoy the pork once it wascooked thoroughly. The 3rd friend had a very salty lobster bisque but by now we didn?t want to send anything back because itwould seem like we are just complaining. I enjoy my burrata salad, it was delicious except for the stale croutons. I didn?ttouch any of that. I never done restaurant review but this one was very disappointing for the expensive price we paid.
Amazing service from the front door, all through dinner and exiting. First class, made us feel like VIP's. Food was outstanding, drinks were fabulous. I got the Cajun Ribeye, freaking delicious! Highly recommended visiting. It is expensivebut, well worth every dollar
I want to give a higher rating, but I love a good steak and this one was just okay. For the price I expected an amazing steak. The fries have something on them that smelled like parmesean cheese? I don't eat cheese, so I didn't eat them. They were niceenough to take them off the bill without me even requesting it. Maybe I caught them on a bad night, but the restaurant had veryfew people there during my visit. I loved the atmosphere and the location, I just wish my steak was tastier.
I was driving by on my way to my usual Mexican place for dinner when I saw Morton 's Steakhouse on Country Club. I 'd heard of it since moving here but had never stopped in. I decided why not? . I was having a stressful day and needed a treat. We didn 'thave a reservation but they were able to seat us immediately in the bar area. It was nice and cozy and dark and very fancy (Iliked it). The server Bridgett did a great job and answered all our questions. I ordered a Filet Mignon and a Baked Potatowith butter and sour cream. I enjoyed a couple of Long Island Iced Teas too and the bread they served initially while waitingwas delicious. The Filet was cooked to perfection and was very tender, really melting in the mouth. The baked potato was thelargest I 'd ever seen (see picture) and was delicious. My only problem was I enjoyed too much bread so I didn 't finish thepotato. I really have to commend the staff at Morton 's. From the gentleman who seated us to the server to the manager whostopped by and checked on us. We felt we were well attended too but not overdone. It 's a fine balance and they have it downto an art. It was an expensive dinner so not something we can do all the time but I plan to put it as a location we can visitevery few months. I will definitely be going back.
