Santana's Mexican Food - Palm Desert

The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. It's also open 24 hours a day! The menu features options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is very clean and well-stocked with spices. Additionally, it has received a good health inspection rating.

The food here is outstanding—far superior to the restaurant with the Chihuahua mascot! The cuisine is truly authentic Mexican, with every dish coming with rice and beans, making it wonderfully traditional. I tried the fish tacos and a chimichanga, both of which were excellent! The chimichanga was impressive in size and beautifully presented, loaded with sour cream and all the delicious toppings. However, I wasn't very impressed with the hot sauce they offer on the side, so I would suggest providing more variety. This location is conveniently situated near Home Depot and American Tire, making it a great spot to dine while waiting for your tire to be fixed. There's also a Walmart across the street.

The green burrito was flavorful and had a nice kick. My daughter really enjoyed the carne asada burrito. Meanwhile, my vegetarian daughter absolutely loved the veggie burrito.
