Feedback gevenNovember 2019 we were in the drive thru on sunday. They were pretty busy but when i got to the window i asked to add a bottle of coke. The girl at window seemed to be new because she said yes and turned to look at an older women behind her who had my coffee and said in a rude voice No, we have a drive thru timer to maintain. You need to take your items and go she then handed me my daughters coffee, which i handes to her. We started to pull away feom window and the drink spilt out a little (due to the lid not being on all the way) on her leg. She instantly screamed. We pulled over and her leg instantly blistered and popped. I got her home and we called the store to let them know what happened. How if the manager would have cared as much about her timer as properly securing the lid of my daughters drink she wouldnt have gotten burnt. I ended up taking her to ER where she was wrapped and given burn cream. Er doctor said it was 3rd degree burn. Follow up with primary next day. We went in next day to primary he said very bad 2nd burn borderline 3rd. To apply burn cream as much as possible but she would probably have scar. We contacted head quarters and spoke to franchise manager. Franchise manager offeres a few gift cards to which i said i want to see how bad her leg is going to be she told me to call back and anything we needed let her know. Dunkin headquarters called and said insurance company would call. They did and asked what i wanted. I said for my daughters leg not to scar. There was nothing i had intentions of wanting. Sent them pictures and doctors notes. They said they would be in contact. I reached out a few times to say i just wanted the copays and money back for the bandages and got no response. Recieved letter in the mail end of January 2020 stating that they couldnt find my car go through drive thru and because of that they felt they did nothing wrong. Well my daughters leg is permanently scared oh her lower thigh and is totally slef conscious about it and hates wearing and skirts or shorts now. She thinks its so ugly and it makes me so mad they just wanna pretend they didnt rush it and make a mistake. Long story short. Horrible service!!! Worst place ever!
40 or 50 years ago when fast food Outlets we're just making an in Road Dunkin Donuts was one of the frontrunners. Those days are clearly over! Cold coffee poor service and running out of product consistently seems to be the norm today!
Same great coffee and same slow service. I'm always amazed when they run out of Boston creams but they can be found in many gas stations.
2 weeks in a row the same experience. They didnt have the item in stock or a machine wasnt working. The workers are behind the counter fighting with one another and they will serve 5 cars for every 1 person standing in in line. I assume they are evaluated on the car line more than the people line
They always mess up my coffee, I started going 10 minutes out of my way to Bayshore Dunkin because this one sucks.
