Brown's BBQ is delicious. We ordered 2 meals and a complete rack of BBQ cattle ribs. In the pictures you see only half the ribs, there was another container with 3 additional ribs: . The food was great, the children loved the Mac N cheese and the red beans and rice. Momma loved the Collard Greens. Everyone enjoyed fried chicken and ribs. There was so much food that we made two meals from it, not bad for a family of 5: . Brown's is a pop and Sons operation on a small scale, I recommend calling in your order, giving them time to prepare before you show up. Support the family and enjoy the ribs and roasted chicken!

I'd give him a 5 because it's worth waiting... not to undo when you see the restaurant location. The chicken was delicious. Well baked, well cooked. It is led by a very senior gentle man, total respect. Expect about 20-30 minutes to wait as it is cooked from the scrap. Next time I want to try out the other articles. Visit it when you are around:

I ordered the fish plate, choose 2 pages of your choice for $15.99 tax. I have only two complaints and they are not bad complaints... the fish was very cheap, I mean, the taste was on point! It was too hard to fried. The red beans and rice were wonderful, they just didn't give me enough for $17. And the greens were amazing! They gave me many.... My husband got the rib dinner with Mac n cheese and Yams. I tasted the yams and they were delicious!!! This place gets 20 stars from me! I'm back, not sure why the fish was fried so hard, but the next time I order, I'll just ask her not to freeze it so hard for my order.

Wait. What? Soul Food in the Desert? Outstanding food! My wife and I found this place and they have amazing food. We ordered fried chicken, spare ribs, greens, mac cheese, red beans and rice and corn bread and EVERY item was perfect. Seasoned,cooked right and flavorful! You will not go wrong having a meal from here. The building is a small little place but the food is Fantastic! DO NOT judge this book by its cover .

This is the best hole in the wall in Palm Springs! I had a craving for fried chicken and found this place. I order the 3-piece chicken wing lunch which came with potato salad baked beans. All components were delicious! The chicken was moist and not greasy, must try! Baked beans were out of this world!
