Carl's Jr. - Palm Springs

Best burger!! Very good, fresh cooked. But only open for drive thru. Lineups with motor running. Not good for our planet . No no idle law in California?

Food was ok. Burgers good, zucchini was soggy as anything. Long wait time even though there was only me and another car

Messed up order and the shift manager named Hime (dude) checked the book and couldn 't find our replacement order, but said he was working a 10 hour shift the day before and he didn 't have a call. Why check the book if you know every call yesterday even when you admittedly started 30 minutes after we called?

I was at the drive through at this restaurant and the quality of customer service when ordering is really bad, I could hear the girl complaining when I asked to give me a second and when I approached her at the window and asked if she was the one saying all those kind of things on the mic she said “I don’t talk like that” oh but she did! Will never go back to buy from them!

This is a rundown location smelly and Dungy the tables are sticky not clean so many Crums and some paper wraps over and under the tables the ice machine was not working at the present time maybe ice jamed! And bathroom is nasty. Some of the staff are friendly the others walk by the tables and never clean anything my order was not acceptable or standards of Carl's Junior, fries was greasy the cookie was burn and a double cheeseburger missing one slice of cheese. Very disappointing.
