Domino's Pizza - Palm Springs

I hadn't had Domino's in years, and I was really impressed with the pizza! The crust was flavorful and perfectly bubbly. The sauce was present in every bite, right up to the edge. Most importantly, it was a hot, cheesy explosion of deliciousness! Skip the expense and disappointment of a Pizza Hut delivery — give Domino's another try, and don't forget to check out their great wings too!

They are very understanding about potential delays. The staff and managers were extremely polite. My order took about an hour to arrive, but everything turned out fine. Some people should take a moment to reflect before posting negative reviews about this place.

Really good pizza, fast service. Ordered online for pickup (large pizza brownies). The pizza was flavorful and loved the soft, slightly chewy crust. Pizza was ready fast. Friendly staff was a plus.

Always the best pizza, wings, desserts, but shady practice. I was excited to test out the new 2 minute car side delivery or a free pizza with next order and as soon as the food was ‘ready’ they had turned off the timer at exactly 44 seconds. It began at 20:24:23 or I got the pizza at 20:26:43. In actuality I didn’t receive it to my car until 20:29. Bummed out that they would cheat their customers, especially with such a big promotion. Don’t like the promotion? Don’t advertise it and lie to your loyal customers. Bad faith tactics, very disappointed with their lack of honesty.

For the second time in less than a month, I ordered by phone for pick up but somehow my order was missing. When arrived at the location at the estimated time I was informed that they didn't have my order, even though at had already being paid for. On the first occurrence, the MOD offered to take my order in have it ready in 11/12 minutes, which I accepted. However, the second time around, Daniel, MOD at the time time, wouldn't even offered any solution to the issue other than reorder and having to wait 30 to 40 minutes as they were busy.. When I asked if they could delivered instead, he wanted me to pay delivery charges, even though they were the ones that messed up . Awful experience !!!
