Five Guys - Palm Springs

Food is good, above average food would be the honest opinion. Customer service is lacking. In what world does it make sense for preordering when the orders only get started once you're inside to let them know you're there? The point of preordering is to avoid waiting.

Food is always pretty good and I like the free peanuts and a large order of fries humongous

Not a fan because they cook all burgers WELL DONE. Just doesnt work for me, but they seem to have a good following. The parking is always jambed in that corner of the center but the location is good.

Normally I love five guys and I am all about it but I found the quality at this location was lacking

The restaurant was too cold inside, and the music was excessively loud. A man brought his dog right up to the counter and then sat down at a table without anyone saying anything to him. The prices were high, and the buns were barely toasted, making them soggy and fall apart. Serving such a large portion of fries doesn't do any favors for seniors; three-quarters of them ended up in the trash. I visited the location by the river several years ago and thought I'd give this one a try, but I won't be returning again.
