Margaritaville Resort - Palm Springs

This place could be great. It’s a cool location and interesting room but the food and drink was subpar. You need to know how to make an old fashioned if you’re a bartender. The food was not prepared well and was just not good. Our server was really nice but that didn’t help the food.

We enjoyed our visit and we were able to have a nice not rushed experience. Weather allowing, outdoors would be perfect. I really enjoyed my dinner, other guests not as happy as I was.

The staff here was wonderful. They setup the private dining room and made our dinner extra special as we were celebrating two birthdays. The food was great and our server was very attentive and patient with us. Will be back!

There was a distinct lack of air conditioning during our dinning experience. We know that it was on the hottest day, this year. We were surprised as to how difficult it was to enjoy our meal. I should have realized this and have our party of 4 leave and take ourselves to a locale that would have accorded our comfort while dinning. The dinning room felt at least 80 degrees. The food was very good, service was good, and the dinning ambience very poor. Please fix this issue or just close for the season.
