Palermo's New York Pizza - Palm Springs

Not the least expensive or fastest place. So if these are your main concerns try someplace else. They have limited the menu so some things are not available. If you are still interested then good choice. Pizza was great. Fresh, well made by someone who knows what he is doing and concerned about doing it right. Thin crust with everything was a surprise. You tasted each topping and had hint of oregano with each bite. The cheese bread was being made as we waited. Almost wish we had not waited to eat it when we got home. Definitely recommend giving this a try. Worth the time for a much better experience than the usual delivery places.

We ordered a pizza at about 7:30. Was going to take an hour or more for delivery. Fine. And then an hour later the order was canceled with no explanation. Tried to call them many times, no one picking up the phone. Hoping there’s not an emergency, but this is terrible service. Can’t fill an order? Tell us earlier. We won’t order from them again.

Edit: Upon posting my review someone from the restaurant started texting and calling my phone number about my review. This is ridiculous. If I had known I was ordering delivery through a 3rd party app I would have never placed an order. Waited over an hour for my pizza to be picked up just to be dropped and then when I call and ask why it's late then they tell me it was dropped. I should have listened to the other reviews. Support local businesses they say. No, absolutely not. I'll order from a chain next time.

Xl pizza is advertised at $22 more or less. Picked up my pizza and was charged $33. Why? I had 2 toppings: pepperoni and onion. Wow. $10 for 2 toppings. He blamed social media on inaccurate pricing but the prices are listed on his website. Watch out for a snake!!! Ask the price first. Don’t be trusting like we did. Agh! Never again. I guess it’s time to put our defenses a little higher up.

Fantastic pizza! I have the pepper chocolate and Bbq chicken and it is absolutely hit on the point. Best pizza I've had for a long time! Thanks to Palermo, I will again
