Smokin' Burgers Lounge Palm Springs, Ca

Had dinner last night. Not so friendly to certified Service Dog.I think they capture strays and use them for their burgers. Just kidding but in all seriousness, on a comparative basis the burgers are a bit small, a bit on the thin side and fairly dry. Maybe the fact they’re overcooked accounts for the size. Loved the beer on tap.

My ultimate nachos were pretty sad. I literally counted 4 black beans and three pieces of corn. The whole bottom layer of chips were stuck to the bottom of the tray by burnt cheese so we couldn't even eat them. For 15 bucks I was expecting some amazing nachos. Service was good though and my husband said he liked his burger.

I work in Palm Springs and use to order here to eat at least once every 2 weeks. However, after yesterday, we will not be back. We ordered online, and one of my coworkers (that was on a long lunch) came back right after we placed the order. Another coworker called and asked to add on the burger. Apparently, the person on the phone was extremely rude. My supervisor went to pick up the food for us, and when she came back, she said the staff was short with her. She also wanted to check all of the food because she didn 't trust the added on burger. Well, that burger was fine but the other ones, not so much. The burger I ordered had what looked like a bite mark out of the bun. My supervisors burger was extremely burnt on one side. We decided to not risk anything and trashed all the food. We called to inform a manager to at least get some money back, but it went straight to voicemail. We called again a while later and the person on the phone was extremely defensive when I tried to explain it looked like there was a bit out of the burger. They kept arguing (which is fair) but they said I have to talk to a person to see if you can even get a refund since this was done online. No one has called me back as of yet. Here 's the pictures.

We have been going here off for 5 years. Today, they were busy and didn’t have time to even acknowledge us at the table. We sat for a while with no acknowledgement from staff and just left hungry. We used to love this place.

The single worst experience I've ever had a restaurant. You walk in, and no one greets you you finally see someone in a football shirt and she said TWO? We said yes, she handed us 2 menus and turned away. The waiter(?? was next to useless. He took my order, turned to another table, took their order. Returned with their drinks. He said the waitress would bring me my beer. She didn't. After she delivered 5 other orders, I managed to get her attention by yelling at her. She said, want another? I mean come on! The burgers were awful. Obviously the chef has never heard of salt. Dry, no sauce, no relish, no pickle, 3 day old buns. The soup had a skin over it, and tasted terrible. The place was slovenly we stuck to the floor every step we took. JUST AWFUL. The restaurant at the GOLF COURSE was 100 times better! AT A GOLF COURSE!
