Cala Major - Palma

Great beach. Clear water. Can get pretty crowded during the day. Sun beds and lockers available. Plenty of food and drinks at the cafe.

One of the best beaches in Palma de Mallorca. It has a big stretch and is very lively. Directly accessible with public bus. Several restaurants, cafes and eateries nearby. The place is very scenic.

On the end of March not very busy place. The Sun shines enough to get nicely tanned. Soft sand mixed with pieces of plants from the sea. Around 4 PM is ideal time for visit at this part of the year. There are rocks by the seaside ideal for sunbathing or just pouting feet in the sea. Beware of sharf edges. If you are brave enough you can reach the beach from the city center by the foot.

Small beach with natural fine sand, where you can wade 30 to 50 meters from the shore. Chairs for rent 23€ for the day or for 16€ buy a screen from a shop on the street and place your own towels.

The beach below is ideal for a relaxing day in Palma. the sandy beach extends far into the water, making it an ideal place to swim in warmer waters. Pack a sandwich and a towel and enjoy a moment!
