Excellent restaurant, offering an immersion in the history of the premises (a former tannery) and of the food prepared by the ingenuous chef. Try the hipodermis menu. You will be offered a seat at the kitchen’s table and watch the chef preparing many dishes for you. Worth the visit. Excellent wine service and professional and courteous staff

One of the most magnificent meals this peccary has experienced! First of all, not all of the courses would be listed in my top 10 favorites. I have a distinctive snout, and sometimes, some things are almost too creative for me, and I am not big on fishy fish. Again, I digress. This restaurant is about a culinary, palate-teasing sensory exploration. From entering the restaurant and being seated to a mint tea, the story begins.... And each course is exactly that. A story. Thoughtful. Sublime. Evocative. And, most of all, memorable. The staff is exceptional, from the owner down to those who fill the water glasses. No, it 's not inexpensive. It is, however worth every euro.

Excellent food and interesting concept. We also like the design of the restaurant. Service friendly and effective. Good wine advice. We enjoyed it enormously.
