Ihop - Palmdale

I really enjoy the food and service at this restaurant. The staff is attentive and helps ensure social distancing is maintained. The food is consistently delicious, and they offer outdoor dining options. You can place your order in advance over the phone or order online, which is very convenient.

The restaurant is nice and clean, conveniently located near my home. While the service can be a bit slow at times, the staff is polite and friendly.

This is a great IHOP location open for whenever you need a bite to eat. The food is standard IHOPs but worth it especially with the rewards program. My only nitpick would be it’s hard to get refills on water.

Omg tell me about bad CUSTOMER SERVICE went there with my family one my son ate some chicken tender and fries lil after we left he started complaining his stomach hurts got him home only for him to start vomiting and diarrhea I called asking to speak to a manager the young man that answer the phone ask what do I need the manager for cause I did not answer his question cause he is not the manager he hang the phone up then they refused to answer the phone again I called for a 3rd time when I very helpful young man came to the phone listen to my complain and apologize not only for the bad food my son ate but also for the rude coworker’s behavior so I will be calling the Corporate office
