Never had an issue with their workers get the job done no questions asked love it

You have to use the stupid kiosk inside. That thing is annoying. Especially when you are paying cash and you go thru the whole irritating process of having to use the kiosk just to finish your order and the damn machine doesn't have any paper in it to give the receipt to the front to pay, the wait time was very long despite being few guests, food was cold, workers were slow and rude. Management sucks here.

Very bad customer service, no one helps with the new system. The cashier who served us was talking to some of her friends and it took a long time to get paid and she canceled our order. She also didn't give us what we wanted because she said the system wouldn't let her. He gave us what he wanted but he did take the time to take a selfie with his friends. Very bad attention

Kiosks busy, sign says skip the line ... no staff at counter means, keep the line, skip the service. It is cold inside as it is outside, no heat, so skip the heat. The kiosk said no orange juice so skip that too. How about skip Mcdonalds.

Bad service, they don't give you what you ask for, they don't give you napkins, they don't give you Ketchup to the soda, they give you Sprite for water and the handlers are talking and laughing out loud and I don't know if the owner has cameras to check his systems and see their workers the service they are providing And that is all the time in that store, I have visited different McDonald's and the service is top notch with good quality this place is really full of people who have no love for their work.
