The Impossible Shop - Palmdale

I had no idea this existed until downloading this app and it is such a gem. The cheese is surprisingly good and I plan on going enough to try the whole menu and then some.

It’s a bit off putting that this is inside of a hot dog restaurant, and prepared by the same people, so I wouldn’t really call it a vegan kitchen. There’s no menu to look at, someone just rattles off a list of what’s available. It’s burgers, chili fries, and a breakfast burrito that are all fully vegan. The breakfast burrito was a good size, and is honestly one of the best I’ve had outside of my own kitchen. It has Just Eggs, Beyond sausage, hash browns, caramelized onions, avocado, tomato, and a chipotle crema. SO GOOD. I don’t think it was $19 worth of good, but probably the best vegan breakfast anywhere within 50 miles.

They have a plant based menu inside of an Omni restaurant but have sneakily created the illusion that this is a vegan establishment. They’re using the same equipment and surfaces for meat and dairy. Happy cow should not allow these types of places to receive the vegan badge- it is extremely misleading.

Had the burger and chili fries before, but finally tried the melt and WOW. That was so good. Everything was a bit salty (including the fries) but that was not necessarily a bad thing for me. Definitely recommend. Even my non-vegan spouse loved it. Will definitely be ordering again!

I DoorDash from here weekly! Menu is burgers, dogs, fries and tots. Great selection, good food, and delivered to your door.
