We are visiting Alaska and found this gem. Rachel greeted us, and she was fantastic. The food was amazing, especially the homemade Hungarian mushroom soup. We definitely recommend this for a great meal. The **** Mary was excellent! Kudos to Rachel.

Went here late on Sunday and it was a very classic bar and it had a dancefloor, darts, board games, basically WAY more than I expected a bar to have which was nice! We ordered the quesadillas with steak and it was surprisingly BOMB! I don’t know why but I just didn’t expect an American style bar to serve an amazing quesadilla! Highly recommend! The service was also awesome! The waitress stated they have trivia night every Sunday and Wednesday so that’s a bonus in my book.

We were in Palmer for the state fair popped in on a Sunday afternoon for a couple of pints. There was a trivia game of some sorts going on, definitely dive bar, but cool vibes. Our server was great, let us know the pool is free on Sundays. The reason for my lower rating is that I started a tab, my husband I each had 2 drinks which according to their menu should have been $28, but when I requested my bill, the total was $43 it was only my credit card receipt, not an itemized bill, very unprofessional shady. So someone either got free drinks on my tab, or she took a large tip. So maybe pay as you go to avoid this.

I have never had a worse experience. I waited for 20 minutes in a slow bar for my first beverage. The girl with red hair gave me attitude when I asked for service. Yes, I had to ask for service while she danced and texted behind the bar. Change was dropped in front of me, and I didn’t even get the right drink. I’m not coming back.

The food was fine. It was very expensive though. The big issue was the waitress just wasn't doing her job. We ended up getting our own meals as the cook put them up. This was after we got our appetizer and it was gross and cold. We saw the cook put it up, but the waitress was too focused on the open mic to do her job. Even after she saw us doing her job she didn't get the message. If the waitress was good I would give this place a much better score.
