Mad Chad’s Pizza - Palmer

Really Great Atmosphere! The two guys working were awesome. The first guy I talked to was amazing. You know who you are. Made me feel like I was back home getting some southern hospitality but better. The half rack of ribs was amazing . But the Greek Salad knocked my socks off.

My friend Joshua saw their card pinned to the tree on the dirty side of the Butte trail. We drove over and ordered in person. The place is connected to the laundromat. Very friendly people and super cool! They said if you bring in their card found around the Butte, you can spin their discount wheel (see photo). It is super fun!! A great way to promote outside activities. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and BBQ Chipotle chicken wings. Picked up my order in 35 minutes. It was a fulfilling treat after a hike up the Butte.

Coming from a guy that grew up in the pizza Mecca New Jersey and New York they give give them a run for their money the pizza has that perfect crispy crust and the is both sweet and salty there no words all I can say is you made me feel like I was sitting at the Jersey shore eating hands down best pizza I’ve had in Alaska so far!!!
