Mcdonald's - PALMERSTON CITY

Every time I go there untrained staff poor customer service and foods always wrong

Don't know if the starf member cleaning up tables was trained ore cared how important it was to do it properly.

Worker would not deliver food to the table and would yell at as when were only kids

I ordered an iced latte, but sometimes when I pay for caramel syrup, they forget to add it. However, I can overlook that because they are quick with service. Overall, they get the job done. Food: 3/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, but they didn't take our simple order when we arrived. After waiting for several minutes, we saw a car receive their order instead. It's disappointing to experience such unfairness at this McDonald's. What a shame!
