The Elm - Palmerston North

Nice cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Menu has a beautiful variety and there are also closets food available. Coffee was average. Service was nice and I would return.

Great quick service from friendly waiting staff. A wide selection on the menu for lunch and dinner. The coffee is strong and the right temperature. The seafood chowder is for to die, the chicken linguine with chorizo is my fav, you can order a half part that is a lot for lunch.... but I could easily rip off a full portion because it is so delicious! Wine available if you wish. Beautiful selection of sandwiches and candy in the closet when you are in a hurry... Nice sitting in the courtyard in front of the café on a sunny day. I have often dined and never disappointed.

I didn't expect anything special and was pleasantly surprised with the café. The pancakes I eat were perfect! The service was fast and very good. I was impressed!

Wow, The Elm Cafe is a must for Palmy locals or visitors. A relaxing vibe, fantastic food and delicious coffee. A special mention to barista Max, who never fails to deliver a 10/10 coffee.
