Tasty - Palmerston North

The Chinese restaurant offers a variety of yum cha dim sums to order, with some items available only on weekends. We ordered the black sesame roll dessert, but unfortunately, we were informed that the restaurant has stopped serving this dish for a while. Overall, the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The food, service, and atmosphere were pleasant. While I prefer the yum cha in Wellington, the prices here are nearly half, which makes it reasonable.

This restaurant specializes in Chinese cuisine and offers a good value for the portion sizes. The interior is quite minimalistic, but it is spacious and clean. Our group of nine opted for the banquet menu, which provided a large variety of dishes over approximately half an hour. The appetizers took the longest to arrive, but the rest of the meals came out quickly afterward. You can bring your own beverages, or there's a bottle shop right across the street.

Great service, but I find the food too salty for my personal taste. The Steamed Beef Tendons were too dry and Wonton Soup tasteless.

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Palmy, even better than many other Chinese restaurant in Wellington. Their Yamcha and their Chinese dishes were always very consistent, tasty and tasty. Portions are also very generous. The service and the employees were amazing and were always very accommodating, even though they are busy. Very recommended. Try her spicy soup and her Beijing duck.
