Been trying to contact for more info. Their website is expired. No one answers the phone. No response to email inquiry. What happened to this place?

Everything, I've done all 4 Certificate courses and still have 2 day courses. Have loved every minute of it and learned so much. Not to mention all the Lovely people I've met. So sad the academy is closing. A huge thank you to Derek, Aoife , Mary, Robert and Orla for sharing all your knowledge with us. Happy retirement and continued success . Debby.

I had a class on savoury breads here. Derek and Robert are very knowledgeable on the subject, they teach simple, yet effective recipes, and what is most important the methodology for breadmaking. It's the first baking course I've been to which is spot on on ingredients, dough temperature, proofing and retarding. Plus, you get to bring home loads of delicious stuff.

Thank you for amazing weekend Sugar Craft course. It is the best course I ever did and our instructor was super amazing. I will highly recommend Baking Academy ireland
