Dairy Queen (treat) - Palmetto

Went in today 7/23/23 and the girls there greeted me right away and gave me time to figure out what I wanted and even gave me suggestions about what to order. They were the sweetest girls and they made me laugh! Great customer service and my order was perfect! Everything was really good especially my blizzard they suggested I try. Will definitely go back because that's what customer service is all about, making sure you come back. They made my day

By far the worst establishment ever. Waited in line for about 30-45 minutes. Once I got to order, my ice cream was literally water. I ordered a blizzard and a banana split and both were so runny I asked for a refund and was trying to get convinced to order something else of the menu. I eventually got my money back but after much attempt. It’s so sticky in there like muggy. I’m Not sure how code enforcement doesn’t fail them for being disgusting.

Save yourself the trouble and skip this place for ice cream. Although they advertise as DQ, the only option available is vanilla soft serve topped with generic chocolate syrup from Wal Mart. We decided to leave.

It's my favorite restaurant! The staff is friendly, and the food is always delicious!
