The experience in this restaurant leaves you breathless. Coming from a traditional Edo time frame, the decoration and materials used to structure this restaurant, you will feel graduated in Japan. I can't go for dinner yet, but the visit to this place will really be missed. Thank you for the experience We see you again
Not only is it the worst restaurant for disabled people. Since I can't drink, it would have been nice to have a glass of water that was more than 2 ounces. Terrible experience...
This place threw me away. Not only is it visually stunning, but it is an authentic experience. The food is fresh and tasty from this world.
If I could give zero stars I would. I can't speak as to how the food. When I and the other 2 guests in my party showed up for our reservations the restaurant was closed! Being utterly confused, we called Jennifer who is the reservation coordinator. I stated that we were outside the restaurant and had standing reservations. She stated she texted me on Sunday saying they were having HVAC problems. I assured her I never got a text. We asked which number did she text, well it was the wrong number! That being said, if you didn't get a response , why would you not follow up with a phone call or search for the correct number?!?! I have text communications with this person and have left voicemails setting up this reservation. She then proceeded come up with other reasons as to why she didn't follow up. This is no way to run a business. I will never go to such a poorly managed restaurant, no matter how amazing the sushi may be. I hope in the future they get their act together.
