Burgers With Attitude - PALMYRA

I placed an online order for pickup at a specific time. Ten minutes before the scheduled pickup time, I received a notification that my order was ready. As a result, my order sat for 10 minutes before I could pick it up, which caused the burgers and chips to be lukewarm by the time I got them home. Additionally, we found the flavor of the burgers to be average. A blue cheese burger should definitely taste like blue cheese!

Last night, we ordered some burgers from BWA using their online ordering system. We have been enjoying BWA burgers for years, but this was our first time ordering online. When we picked up our order and brought it home, we realized that my daughter's burger was not as expected - she wanted a burger without sauce, but it came with sauce. I was really impressed that when I called to inform BWA about the issue, they immediately offered to prepare a new burger and deliver it to us. The service was amazing, thank you BWA! Additionally, the burgers and chips were fantastic.

Don't bother visiting this restaurant. Despite the COVID lockdown restrictions allowing for indoor dining with sufficient space, I was not allowed to sit inside when there were no other customers present. Instead, I was only permitted to sit outside in the cold, which I did not want to do. The female chef, who may also be the owner, had a poor attitude and told me that I would only hear the answer I wanted. It was disappointing to experience such lack of customer service, especially when I had been looking forward to trying their burgers. After driving 20 minutes to get there, I won't be returning. Their burgers may have attitude, but it seems like their service has a bad attitude instead.

My partner and I were heading home after an active day, thought to stop and get something to eat, noticed this little burger place, to be honest I didn’t really want to get anything from here as it look quite rundown and small, however after seeing that they offered vegan and vegetarian burgers, we decided to try the vegan beans burger and the vegetarian mushrooms burger! And Oh My God/dess so much Yum! The mushroom one was beautiful, nice amount of mushrooms and veg and only a small amount of cheese. The beans were a crunchy and spicy surprise and with the beetroot and corn relish gave a heavenly burst of flavours !

A good but still average burger, bit better the fries which I found. Must say service was prompt and efficient
