It's worth trying, especially for special occasions, but may not be a regular indulgence. Overall, Minamoto Kitchoan is rated 4 stars for its exquisite Wagashi and as a great introduction to Japanese confectionery, despite the higher price point.
The mochi at this restaurant is delicious! The atmosphere is serene and they offer a great selection of Japanese pastries. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
I felt like a child in a candy store, according to my friend. I have a true passion for mochi, and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try a variety of options from Sakura mochi to other tasty treats. I'm so happy that I found this charming Japanese confectionery shop in the Stanford shopping center. It was like a holiday gift to myself.
A Japanese dessert shop with exquisite and attractive decorations. You've never tasted a dessert that can make you smile just by looking at their display!I bought five desserts,Except for jelly (which is also the most expensive),Everything else makes me quite satisfied!
This is the authentic shop seen in Japan where you can buy traditional confectionery items that in the past you could only get in Japan. Great selection and fresh products. Some items are so fresh without preservatives that you have to consume within 2 days. Huge selection of red bean and fruit based mochi cakes.
