Laguna Vista - Palolem

I have stayed at this beautiful place three times. It has a perfect 10/10 location right on the water of Colomb Bay. The staff, mostly Manu, Tomoko, and Santos the bartender, are friendly. The rooms are clean and most come with air conditioning. The restaurant serves delicious food. For animal lovers, there is a family of cats and dogs that add to the lively atmosphere, often seen lounging on the balcony with guests. The area is peaceful and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Patnem Beach is just a two-minute walk away. I recommend booking directly to avoid extra fees from booking platforms. Eating is good and tasty, that is a thing, but: I don't feel that I was a welcome guest, nor did I smile at any time. have they changed the personal? because I did not meet the friendly staff of previous reviews. .the tablecloth was dirty, with ants feeding on food stains. the ashtray was full of zigarettenstummel, the tables are too low. if they have a drink, good, but if they want to eat, it is very unpleasant for the back and the legs, some regular serviettes would be a nice note instead of mini cocktail serviettes when they have dinner, there is no music at all. I felt lonely with the other, not music, but the staff sitting and playing with their phone, listening to music that they skip all 10 seconds, spoke loudly with each other, and if it wasn't enough, one of them made a video call. it was loud and inconspicuous and it is a complete lack of consideration for the customers! I can't just judge eating! Yes, the prawn nudel was very good, but there's a lot to learn about hospitable and ambiente!

This is the perfect place to stay if they want a bit of piece and quiet between palolem and patnem. the owner and the young who work there can not do enough for them and it is so special wake up until the water jumps...below their hut

I have visited this restaurant 5 times in the past week. The food has excellent taste and quality, and is not too spicy unless you request it to be. The view is remarkable, especially the rock formations that are prominent during low tide. Some of the rocks disappear when the tide is high. The ambiance is relaxed with background music and attentive staff.
