Changes its name from 1620 Bistro to El Comedor, and some changes on the menu focusing on mexican dish. Place at the heart of Palompon, about 2 blocks away from Palompon Town Hall. love their Ngohiong (almost the same as cebu ngohiong). Their pizza is worth the buck. Big and delicious. When you are able to stop by here, ask them why the name '1620 '? You will then be able to know some historical facts about Palompon. And by the way, Tito Boy Abunda once stopped by 1620 bistro when he visited Palompon.

Food are great but the STAFFS are GRUMPY and NUISANCE. they serve food with a sad face they don't even smile..
