Both the pan-roasted noodle chicken and the beef chow mein are amazing—definitely love at first bite. Occasionally, the chow mein can get a bit greasy, but that doesn’t diminish the flavor at all. My husband had the sweet and sour Fried Scallops; although they were steamed a little too quickly and the bread became soggy, he still absolutely loved them! And speaking of sweet and sour, their homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce is simply the best. It should definitely be sold in stores because it's that good! We've been here dozens of times, and we keep coming back for more. Every time I visit, Amy is always so sweet and friendly. She even let me take pictures of the beautiful origami cranes made by her niece, who is a teacher. Plus, since it was my birthday, she gave me a special treat—thank you so much, Amy! A tip for those ordering the Lemon Chicken: consider asking for the sauce on the side. It allows the chicken to stay crispy longer, especially if you don’t finish your meal right away. Just a thought! In the picture, you’ll see a spoon drizzling the sauce on the chicken, but I always prefer to have it on the side. Enjoy your meal!

I have always loved this restaurant, ever since I was introduced to it in the early 2000s. Their original location was in Chicago, but after it was unfortunately burned down, they reopened in Palos Hills. I missed their delicious food and craved it every day. I finally had the chance to visit Illinois and go to Hong Ming. I absolutely loved the Mongolian beef with Chow Fun noodles. The fried rice is fantastic, and the complimentary hot tea is always a great bonus! I highly recommend this restaurant if you appreciate authentic Chinese cuisine. Trust me, this place is a gem!

As a child, I think this food is delicious. The orange chicken is excellent, and the egg rolls are beautifully cooked and warm.

I've had their food three times and it's delicious. Good all three times but I think I've had my share of not going out/or getting food on holidays! We ordered; they told us 30 minutes...we waited an hour and twenty!!
