Open,open,open,open longest three weeks of my life open open open lmao Thank the sandwich gods you are here!!!! Well the excitement is now over , they have been open for a while I have eaten here everyday just about . Like all new thing the start is always top shelf service and customer service is the best . Now for the past few months now you walk in and some days it great and some well you are face to face with a depressed , miserable face so coming into the store is no longer a enjoyable experience. So you decide the sandwich is still the best it's jersey for crying out loud. So you use the app . You put the order in and intentionally they give you the wrong things .So you think do I want to deal with a depressed person or get wrong items.then they short you brownies 2.55 around there for a 99 cent cookie well you willing to steal from me I gotta cut you off . You lost a customer for good and for being cowards not picking up the phone .do us all a favor and just quit get out of here shut the doors . Have respect for the brand . The food is great customer service just not worth me giving my money to good bye jersey it was fun while it lasted . UPDATE : After taking some time off ordering from jersey due to extreme lack of customer service. I had heard rumors that this place had improved. After careful consideration I have had multiple 10 orders 0 online and here is the outcome . The team is pleasant and gives the traditional jersey welcome. The sandwichs are always top knotch . So this will just be on staff . The attitude is great upbeat and more ingadging. The experience is what you would expect from a jersey welcome back to being my number one place to eat I truly miss you , this is a staff you want working consistently I would go out and say this is your golden team .

Room for improvement. Sandwich ingredients were fresh and tasty, however the guy with the colored hair and matching nails just SOAKED the sandwich when it 's Mike 's Way. Not just mine, while I waited to pay I saw him drench the next person 's sandwich too. So careful if you get this guy making your sandwich. I asked for napkins as there weren 't any in my bag or by the soda counter, the cashier asked me to wait as they were just unpacking them from delivery , this was 12:00pm by the way. It was a short wait before the cashier returned and just handed me paper towels from what they use in the restroom, at least they were clean, so I went on my way. Hopefully the new team picks up the service and they get their supplies on time.

Although it took a little while for them to prepare my order, I didn't mind waiting since I knew it was made fresh. If I hadn't been redeeming a gift certificate and a coupon that required me to be there in person, I would have ordered ahead using their app. The food was delicious, and I found the Chipotle to be much sweeter than I expected. It wasn’t spicy at all, which was great for sharing with my elderly father, who can’t handle heat. The sandwiches are a bit pricey at around $10 each for a regular size, but they are 7 inches long, quite filling, and freshly made.

The sandwiches are amazing! The staff here really know how to make them delicious. I'm thrilled that there's a Jersey Mike's in Palos Verdes. This location is conveniently close to home, so I can enjoy a Jersey Mike's sub without having to drive far.
