Dyer's Bar-b-que Restaurant - Pampa

This is likely the best BBQ in town. I would have given it 5 stars, but the shredded beef was fatty, and I couldn’t eat it. The ribs and sausage, however, were delicious! The fried fries were made to order and had a crispy beer batter. It's definitely one of the best BBQ spots around. Next time, I’ll try the pork!

It was my first time dining here, and I felt a bit uncertain at first, but the food turned out to be excellent. Within just 15 minutes, every table was occupied, and there was a line of people waiting to get in. The portions were generous and the quality was outstanding. Our server was attentive and fulfilled our needs with a warm smile, providing exceptional service throughout our visit.

The homemade chicken strips are for the bread to die is ingenious and the meat is mouthwatering juicy. Burgers are very well seasoned very juicy very satisfying enjoyed the carburized edges of the burger as well as .section rings are super delicious Mouth irrigation food.... the Ranch Dressing is one of the friendly hands down the best hope to be back soon we are a family of 7 by Thank you for coming from the MINNESOTA GARZA FAMILIA

The fried pickles are amazing- hand broken and fried. The atmosphere and service were great!

The sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. The chopped BBQ sandwich had large chunks, but it was delicious. The service was quick, and the waitress was very friendly. The portion sizes were generous.
