Benihana - Panama

Excellent food and excellent customer service. We celebrated my mother's b'day there staff was attentive and went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable. We really enjoyed it.

Ordered the Spicy Tofu Steak, which came out raw and room temperature. I sent it back to be cooked properly and it came back raw and warm. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture in the advertisement. I'm not going to come back here to eat. This was really disappointing.

Benihana multi plaza is just an example of a bad restaurant. The sushi rice is cooked without any seasoning so was beyond bland. The fish was cut in a weird way making it hard to eat, and did not seem the freshest. Sushi on top of iceberg lettuce with lime? Just odd. I never got the soup or salad that was supposed to be included in my meal. Overall just a bad experience.

Fede and Luis were friendly and with great attention. My girlfriend had never experienced teppan-yaki before and they went out of their way to include her. Gracias!
