The Raj, Indian - Panama

4 stars is generous. I'm use to Indian restaurants in the UK so maybe i have high standards? Anyway, i decided to to try this one in Panama. It was lacking a lot. I expected 4 dips with pompodons but they only had two, and they weren't what I anticipated. No mango chutney, no coconut, no spicy chutney, so instead we ordered another starter. It was ok. Biriani doesn't come with curry. The curry needs to be ordered separately, which for me is odd. My food was too spicy. I ordered medium hot, which was inedible for me. Table service was good though. one shared starter and two main courses with rice cist 100 usd adter tax etc. Expensive. I wouldn't go again, but that might be because I have high standards due to living in UK where there is huge abundance of great Indian restaurants at reasonable prices

Really delicious Indian restaurant in Panama city. The location is convenient And staff was courteous.

The food is good, authentic Indian cuisine. The atmosphere could be more Indian, even though you have Bollywood dancing on the screen, it could be more authentic. Music should also be a background sound and not drown out people’s conversation, but this is an issue throughout the country. Cocktails weren’t good, tasted strange, old, stale.

The food I called it,,not fresh perhaps frozen and reheat or left over and the mixed it with other ingredients to look testy. The food I order lamp with fried rice and lentils soup. I love Indian food but the food I ordered byfar GARBAGE ,NOT Worth the money i paid ! I will never ever go there AGAIN !

Very good Indian food. So good I overate. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
