El Trapiche - Panama City

I had the vegan emparedados, which were rather bland and dry, not many fresh vegetables. the green curry salsa I ordered for the yucca extra was very sweet, probably full sugar. I liked the fresh sugar cane juice.

I am so glad that they contain some vegan options on their menu. I really hope they add more netzen. update: they have more vegan options now and very tasty! they can have some classic Panama food in their vegan version like hojaldre, carimañolas, empanadas de ropa vieja vegana and like 4 other vegan options including tamal de olla! super!

They have plant milk, 2-3 meals, vegan empanadas, carminola hojaldre and even a sandwich added!

The vegan sandwich is amazing, and the vegan hojaldres too. They don’t have milk alternatives, they do have really nice lemonade and fruit juices. Generally is just a good place to go with meat eaters and still being able to eat.

Great food and service to fit. Of course, this is not the only restaurant that can say that. the difference is that they get great food and service at a fantastic price I hate admit how much I love this restaurant because I don't want them to stay there unless they promise me to save a place
