El Trapiche San Francisco - Panama City

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and ambiance. I heard the cheesecake was a specialty, but it was disappointing. It was just a basic cheesecake with some syrup on top.

This restaurant was fantastic. The staff were amazing. The dishes we tried were all well-prepared and gave us a great introduction to delicious Panamanian cuisine. The prices were very reasonable compared to other nearby places.

This is a great spot to try traditional Panamanian cuisine. They have recently updated their menu and you can scan a QR code to read it. The menu has a wide selection so you can visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We particularly enjoyed the chicken soup and seafood soup, as well as the main dishes. The service was good and the prices were reasonable.

Fantastic local kitchen. we came to midday and it was quite empty. it is recommended to come to dinner and watch the evening show. we just didn't have the time. eating is very good. the “small” plate feeds four people. we tried to eat it with only two people and we failed. it's huge. the black bowl is also very good. highly recommended. Maybe one of the best I ever had.

While in Panama, one can't avoid trying this place considered one of the hottest brunch spots in Panama City. The liver steak topped with sauteed onions accompanied by Panamanian tortillas were the perfect combo.
