Capt. Jack's Family Buffet

On the spring break and came to spend time with hubby and daughter in a good family restaurant, and this place had a cute atmosphere, great service and hubby was so happy to enjoy great quality of endless crab legs! I'm not a seafood eater, but the cattle patties in the Gravy were good for me with my food restrictions, and our daughter enjoyed their chicken and pumice. Would def come back if we ever made it back to the area; total 5 stars .

Our first time in the PCB and our first trip to Captain Jacks. The service was fantastic, our server was super attentive and friendly. The crab legs were plentiful without waiting for a refill. The steak, salad bar, all seafood were amazing. The banana pudding was homemade and so good. I recommend that everyone who loves seafood. So worth the price.

Just before 5:30 a.m. came for dinner and we sat right away. The restaurant was pretty busy, but our waiter Ronnie was fast and kept our drinks filled and the table clear of plates. The buffet had some winners and losers how to expect. The crab legs were excellent, they were sweet and briny; my wife was surprised that she didn't need butter. It seemed that the size of the clusters varied, some were on the smaller size, while some were larger, but they all lubricated the same. The fried scallops were very tasty, and make yourself a favor and try their scrub and eat Argentine red shrimps, they were juicy and buttery like lobster. We also enjoyed fried okra, cheesy grits, and my children like fried shrimps and their Mac and cheese. Skip the hush puppies, they were only oily and dry on the inside. Also skip the baked cod, my wife said it was only dry and inconspicuous. To dessert, the Dole Peitsche was a refreshing way to clean the palate according to many rich and salty dishes. And another scream-out to Ronnie who stopped helping my son get his ice cream, great service!

Great fresh food! Last seats at 8:30 a.m., but they put the line until the last person leaves! Senior Discount available if you ask.

Not sure what reason you would come here other than to eat your weight in all you can eat crab legs. Service by Michael was impeccable. He had our table cleared off quickly, fresh napkins and trash plates replaced quickly. He was constantly refilling our drinks. The service was definitely the best service I’ve had at a Buffet. The mix of food on the menu was good! Other seafood was decent. Lots of deserts. Take a look!
