Alice's On Bayview - Panama City

During our recent visit, we celebrated a friend's birthday, and I recommended Alice's. As always, they did not disappoint! I had called ahead since we had about 12 people joining us for lunch, and when we arrived, everything was perfectly set up. The entire experience was fantastic—from the person handling the reservations to the attentive and skilled wait staff, and the chef's impeccable timing and delicious food. It exceeded all my expectations! A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and excellent service.

The food was good, but I rated it a 3 because it felt a bit expensive for us. We paid $40 each for just the food and basic sweet tea, without any salad or bread. When we spend that much on a meal, we expect to have some leftovers. However, the service was excellent - 5/5!

The live music was fantastic! We started our day with a fishing charter led by Captain Keith from Old Town Charters, and it was an amazing experience—highly recommend it! Afterward, we were warmly welcomed by Alice herself. She prepared our freshly caught Red Snapper, and it was cooked to perfection! Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience. Nailed it. I never take the time to give reviews but this is a must. Almost don’t want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience this place is and keep it quiet for locals. From the entrance to the amazing food,live entertainment and hospitality. A rare gem . Cindy AnglinFood: 5/5

Alice’s on the Bay in St. Andrews, Panama City, Florida has become our favorite restaurant. We have eaten at the majority of the seafood restaurants in Panama City and Panama City Beach and this restaurant gets our 5 rating. The various food/seafood selections on the menu have all been excellent with a great flavor, cooked to perfection and simply outstanding southern style comfort food! The service is great hats off to Dexter and Haley! From what we observed the owner, Alice, and her assistant are as busy as can be making their customers happy with their food choices!!
