Dunkin' - Panama City

This is the main location I use and after this morning we will not be returning the gentleman that brought me my food was very rude and rushed me I told him we were missing donuts and he brought out a bag of smashed donuts I will not be returning

RUDE people working there this morning! A middle aged man that should know better and a young female. First of all they don't acknowledge customers that come in. My mom didn't know if they saw us so she rang the bell for service. Immediately after thegirl says very loudly to the guy that she told us.... something. If she said anything to us we sure didn't hear. She mumbledsomething while he had was in the ice cream thing not looking at us once. Her and the guy start complaining to each other aboutus very loudly. Very poor customer service.

- This place is amazing. I ordered the seasonal coffee and French vanilla macchiato with light ice. The coffee was fantastic.

Took my kids through the drive through, the morning of important testing at school. We got down the road after a rude order-taking experience from the start, and the breakfast croissants were cold cheese and bacon literally cold to the touch, unmelted cheese. Just totally not up to food safe standards. Very disappointing to be a local that lives close to a DD that I can’t risk going to before school in the morning anymore. I spent $40 for my kids to still be hungry with no time to get anything else. I would complain to the store or management, but the staff gave the impression with their careless attitudes that they don’t care either.
